General conditions of publicity
ARTICLE 1 - Loeildesencheres.com reserves the right to refuse all
campaigns advertising executive without providing any justification
.
1.1The customer commits himself for the duration of the contract not
modifying his publicities without prior agreement with Loeildesencheres.com
ARTICLE 1bis - The prices do not include the graphic realization.
Only insertion under the conditions is included defined in the advertising
contract .
ARTICLE 2 -PRICE OF the SERVICE, PAYMENT
2.1 - the prices are payable with the order.
2.2 - The customer is output after acceptance by Loeildesencheres.com
of the contract
ARTICLE 3 – LIABILITY For POSTING of the ADVERTISING
3.1 - Iin no case Loeildesencheres.com could not be held for person
in charge with whatever title that it is of recourse, friendly or
contentious, whose customer could be the object because of his advertising.
3.2 – The customer commits himself guaranteeing Loeildesencheres.com
of all judgments which could be marked in its opposition .
ARTICLE 4 – SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT
In the event of inexecution by the customer of the unspecified one
of his obligations, Loeildesencheres.com reserves the right to suspend,
without notice, the whole of the provided services, without this suspension
being able to open right to whatever allowance that it is .
ARTICLE 5 - EXECUTION OF the CONTRACT
makes It for Loeildesencheres.com not be prevailed, at a given time,
of one of the stipulations of these general conditions of sale, could
not be interpreted like a renunciation to put forward later on this
same stipulation .
ARTICLE 6 – END OF the CONTRACT
this contract end with the expiry of a campaign subject to article
3 .
ARTICLE 7 -TRANSFERABILITY OF the CONTRACT BY LOEILDESENCHERES.COM
Loeildesencheres.com reserves faculty to yield, transfer or bring
to a third, under whatever form that it is, the rights and obligations
born of this contract .
ARTICLE 8 - OBLIGATION Of INFORMATION
the customer begins to inform, in writing, Loeildesencheres.com of
any modification concerning its situation (in particular change of
address, modification of its banking address, etc.) .
ARTICLE 9 - DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM
The customer will be able to exert his individual right of access
and correction at Loeildesencheres.com, in accordance with the provisions
of the French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, for the whole of the
information communicated within the framework of the good of COM .
ARTICLE 10 -APPLICABLE LAW - ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
10.1 -this contract is governed by the French law.
10.2 - Any litigation relating to the interpretation or the execution
of these general conditions will be competence of the courts of the
